With a little extra care, any size flower arrangement or fresh flower bouquet can last 5-7 days or longer. The longevity of your floral arrangement depends on the types of flowers used and the care they receive.

How Can I Make My Arrangement Last Longer?

To extend the life of your arrangement, refresh the water every few days in a clean vase and trim the stems to promote water absorption. If the vessel contains floral foam, make sure to keep the water level above the foam. Additionally, ensure no foliage falls below the waterline to prevent bacterial growth.

What is Your Return Policy?

We understand that timing can be crucial when it comes to flower deliveries. Our business flower deliveries are available from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. For residences, hotels, hospitals, or funeral flower deliveries, you can expect our services from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. If you prefer to have your order delivered during a specific time frame, we offer flexible options to accommodate your needs.

Delivering to Funeral Homes

Making funeral arrangements for a loved one can be stressful. When you order from us, we help guide you through the process and guarantee your arrangements will arrive promptly before the service begins. We handle all the details so you can focus on being present with your family during this difficult time.

Delivering to Schools

If you’re planning to send flowers to a student, please send them to their residence as schools do not typically accept flowers for delivery to students. For deliveries intended for teachers, it’s advisable to place your order early in the morning or the day prior to ensure it arrives before 2:00 PM.

What If No One Is Home?

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the gift may be left with a neighbor, in a safe place, or a note will be left on the door directing the recipient to call and schedule a redelivery. In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient directly to arrange for another delivery time.

What If the Recipient Refuses the Delivery?

In the unfortunate event that the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, the sender may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift. If you know the recipient might not be home, you can request to leave the arrangement in a designated location. However, the customer assumes all liability for such requests, and due to high temperatures during the summer, we highly discourage leaving arrangements on doorsteps, porches, yards, or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement promptly.
